How quickly can someone actually show up?+
Most same-day bookings made before 3pm are completed the same day. Evening and next-morning slots are always available.
Is the product safe around kids and pets?+
Yes — our standard products are EPA-registered and family- and pet-safe once dry (about 30 minutes). Let us know in your booking notes if anyone has unusual sensitivities.
What if the pests come back?+
If you booked a general or specialty treatment and pests return within 30 days, we'll re-treat at no extra cost. Recurring-plan customers get unlimited free re-treatments.
Can I cancel anytime?+
One-time bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before your slot. Recurring plans can be paused or cancelled anytime from your dashboard — no calls required.
Do you serve outside Miami-Dade & Broward?+
Not yet. We're focused on South Florida so we can guarantee same-day response. Palm Beach is on the roadmap.
